  A cosy place at the bottom of the mountain. The owner is very friendly and will help you out with anything you need. There is a drying room for you ski gear. Breakfast is provided but it's limited to cereal, bacon and eggs. It's a half an hour drive to top mountain. There is a common area with a tv, pool table and a table tennis table. Overall if you are looking for a cheap place to stay and are not very fussy, it's a good choice.

  Owner Mr Chris is a wonderful person.Service is good,complimentary breakfast starts at 6.30 am ,rooms are neat, rate affordable and only 30 min drive to reach Mt Buller .Property is surrounded with beautiful natural ambience .Very good for a walk.

  Chris; The owner is a wonderful host, the facilities are well maintained and clean. There is a nice dining area with attached activities room with table tennis and a pool table. The breakfast is included and made fresh between 6.30am to 7.30am; that is kind of hard to beat! The price of stay is very reasonable for its proximity to Mt Buller, hard to beat a place that serves you freshly made breakfast before you go for the ski/snowboarding.
